This project is part of the transformation of the city of Aubervilliers, which is rapidly urbanizing following the extension of the subway. The challenge of the project is to include a fairly dense housing program in a post-industrial plot system in the heart of the block by establishing the link between a row of recent housing and residential type housing. An urban form has been developed in the shape of a pavilion of ten housing units.
