The building, located on a plot of 6 m wide and 25 m deep, closely implanted between its neighbors, is worked in its thickness and dug with a patio distributing the light.
The implantation constraint is thus diverted, to become architectural character.
On the facade, the raw concrete, in prefabricated panels, underlines the incised volumes.
Inside, on the contrary, it is a play of soft and warm materials: cubic volumes dressed in maple, solid oak steps, crystallized stone paving, glass paving screen. Whether it is the details of the locksmith and carpentry, or the exposed concrete, all the elements have been the subject of equal care in design, drawing and implementation.
