The challenge of the project is to create a real estate complex – 3 ESATs with shared functions (catering, administration, reception, storage, etc.). The extension was designed respecting the architectural principles of the existing building: a peri-urban industrial building showing a facade with a valued architectural style. The principle was developed for the design of the extension using contemporary materials.
