For this project, the challenge was not to just make a low consumption “box” but also to take care of the quality of the environments (natural lighting, ventilation and cooling, etc.). To achieve an intelligent synthesis between these different concerns, Mengeot & associates has paid particular attention to the building envelope that, in fact is the most sustainable part of the building.
