This fast food room managed by workers from the neighboring ESAT can accommodate 48 guests on site (self-service). A counter selling several regional products is also installed in the cafeteria.

Strong points

  • Specific design of sales and food heating areas, adapted to workers’ disabilities
  • Project designed in conjunction with the existing building (workers’ access by ESAT) and at the same time open to the outside (cafeteria directly accessible from the street for guests)
  • Dining room largely glazed open to the outside, extended by a terrace on the pedestrian street
  • Acoustic treatment of the premises to grant ease-of-use by staff and visitors
  • Heating, on thermostat, by radiant cassettes in the ceiling
